What will you be using? MMF2?

Yeah, my goal was to be using MMF2, been saving up for it. I also love a lot of things about it, though it is a bit more ridden in coding than MMF1 was, however it is also more open sourced, making some things easier.

In that case, I will help whenever you give me something to do.

And remember to check Creation Engine. They offer things cheaper for students.

You know that Multimedia Fusion 2 is not the best tool to create a game, right?

Yes, he should. And I've mentioned that. If you feel like trying, he's usually on skype.

C# is better.

I know Java! :D
If you want an example of a very well known game coded in Java, see Runescape.
(Not necessarily a good game, but still popular.)

And it definitely runs good code.

If you think about it, C# is almost a direct copy of Java (Or vice-versa). The biggest difference is found in the name of their methods, but their structure is pretty much the same.

Ruenscape is like the pinnacle of a Java-based game, though. I think it'd take a LOT of effort to produce SEED using Java, wouldn't it?

Java is an object-oriented Programing Language, so it should be easier than using more basic languages like Basic.

True. However, I don't think SEED will be the game that takes us into real programming. Ryan is quite certain that he can produce what he wants in MMF, and I don't really want to stop him if he's getting to work on it. I will say that we should start learning other languages, and Java is one on the list, especially since it can be easily embedded into a browser. Or an Android phone.
